- Mitosis is when one cell divides into 2 different cells.

- Cytokinesis
- Mitosis needs to follow these steps in order to get the 2 cells needed.
- Mitosis is different from meiosis because in mitosis the cell divides twice and in meiosis the cell will go through the stages twice to create 4 cells.
- I learned that cell division is always happening to replace nonfunctioning cells.
